SEED 4790. Clinical Practice in Secondary Education. 10 Hours.
Prerequisites: EDUC 2999; Completion of all core and previous semester professional courses (professional courses with a "C" or higher and a minimum GPA of 2.75. Co-requisite: SEED 4800 and completion of all requirements to student teach as listed in the University's undergraduate catalog. Graded "Satisfactory" or "Unsatisfactory". The culminating clinical experience specific to the teaching field and certification sought. Clinical Practice is a full-day, semester-long student teaching experience in which candidates fully engage in the processes of planning, instruction, and assessment under the immediate supervision of a mentor teacher and with the additional support of a university supervisor.
