P-12 School Leadership The P-12 school leadership program allows candidates to become entry-level school or system administrators. Candidates can obtain an M.Ed. and become GaPSC-certified in educational leadership at Level 5 by completing the program and posting a passing score on the Educational Leadership GACE Assessment.

A study of organizational culture and its impact on individual and organization performance. Topics include the need for change, the change process, and how organizational structure impacts performance. Students will explore the dynamics within organizations and how schools may create high-performing cultures.
