Prerequisite: Completion of Progression Requirements of Professional Program. Co-requisites: HSHS 3900, 4450, and 4600. An in-depth exploration of mental health within the context of healthcare practice. The course explores the recognition, management, and mental health needs across diverse patient populations as well as the importance of integrated, person-centered care.
