HSHS 3300. Health Assessment and Promotion. 3 Hours.
Prerequisites: Completion of Progression Requirements of Professional Program. Co-requisites: HSHS 3250, 4300, and 4400. An introduction to the process of comprehensive health data collection and assessment across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on strategies the examination of a patient's health risk and the provision of interventions to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors and disease prevention.
