GFA 3140. Introduction to Sound Design with Avid Pro Tools. 6 Hours.
Prerequisite: GFA 1040. A survey in theory and practices of film and television sound design presented through lecture, demonstration, and hands-on exercises. The curriculum incorporates the industry standard Avid Pro Tools Certified Training. Upon successful completion of this course, students will demonstrate skills needed for entry level positions in film and television post-production.
