ELED 6050. Developmentally Appropriate Practice. 3 Hours.
Prerequisite: EDUC 2999. A study of evidence-based practices for supporting the holistic development of children in PreK through grade 5. Emphasizing child guidance, family engagement, and effective curriculum design, the course explores strategies for nurturing growth across the aesthetic, language, cognitive, physical, affective, and social domains. Students will learn to create meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that address each child's unique needs and potential.
