Development of school counseling programs that establish the school counseling program as an integral component of the academic mission of the school, ensure equitable access to school counseling for all students, identify the knowledge and skills that all students acquire as a result of P-12 school counseling programs, and ensure that the comprehensive school counseling program is delivered in a systematic fashion to all students.
