Prerequisite: COMM 2300. An overview focus of the family as a foundation for communication and interpersonal relationship development, with specific exploration of communicative behaviors within various systems, cultures, and family contexts. Topics include the analysis of family structures and dynamics, family function/dysfunction, cohesion, and relational development.
