ARID 3340. Advanced Residential Design. 3 Hours.
Prerequisites: ARID 2411. An advanced study of residential design with application of human-centered design solutions. Emphasis is placed on residential design trends to which students apply human factors, codes and regulations, integrated building technologies, etc. Students will utilize industry standard software to create and communicate design solutions. Fields trips and site visits may be required.
