A study of principles, theories, and practices of organizational development and change. Knowledge, skills, and strategies for successfully reading and managing organizational change such as transformational leadership, effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and systematic and evidence-based change interventions to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance individual development.
